Our engine extracts key signals from each document and computes a score out of 100, weighted: identity (10), income & employment (25), affordability (25), history & references (20), credit (15), completeness (5).

Your dossier bundles your verified score with the documents you choose to share, in one PDF. You control every share and can revoke it.

Send & reuse
Send your PDF profile + verifiable link to as many landlords as you want, by email or SMS. Stored and reusable for life.
