If your profile could not be generated due to a technical fault on our side, write to info@centremedicalfont.ca: full refund, processed within 15 days. If we fail to meet a Consumer Protection Act obligation for distance contracts (disclosures, contract copy, performance deadline), you may cancel the contract as the Act provides and, failing a refund within 15 days, request a chargeback from your credit-card issuer (CPA s. 54.14). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
