Service: automated analysis of the rental documents you upload and generation of a ValidRenter profile (score out of 100, badges, PDF summary), reusable and reshareable, for a one-time fee of $35.00 CAD — final price (no tax is currently charged). The profile is generated immediately after payment, normally within 10 minutes.

Cancellation and refunds: see the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (distance contracts, s. 54.1 ff.), including your cancellation and chargeback rights.

By using the service you confirm the documents you upload are genuine and yours. The ValidRenter Score is informational only and generated by automated processing; it is not financial, legal or tenancy advice, nor a guarantee of suitability. Landlords remain solely responsible for their decisions and legal compliance, and may not require an applicant to purchase a ValidRenter profile. You control all sharing of your profile.
