ValidRenter operates a service through which rental applicants build, for a one-time fee, a rental profile whose summary (score, badges, category breakdown) can be communicated to landlords they choose. Accordingly:

• Holding and communication: we hold personal information on applicants who sign up and, at the applicant's request only, we communicate to their prospective contracting parties (landlords) a report bearing on their solvency (the ValidRenter Score and its badges). We receive information solely from the person concerned.
• Access and rectification: any person concerned may consult the information about them, obtain a copy (full export from their account) and have it corrected, free of charge, by writing to info@centremedicalfont.ca. Response within 30 days.
• Privacy officer: Carlos Faviel Font — info@centremedicalfont.ca.
• Accuracy: communicated information comes from documents provided by the person concerned, is processed through automated consistency checks, is date-stamped (generation date on every profile) and expires (re-verification required after 6–12 months). The person concerned may correct any inaccuracy before or after a share and may revoke any share.
• Score factors: identity, demonstrated income, affordability against the target rent, rental references, credit information provided, file completeness. Details on request.
• Security: encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM, AWS KMS keys, Montreal region), antivirus scanning and structural sanitization of documents, Quebec hosting, restricted access, logging, automatic destruction of raw documents 90 days after scoring and of all information after at most 7 years.
